Experienced Forestry Road Builder – Excavator Operator

T-Van Contracting Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced forestry road-building excavator operator to step into a long-standing role following the retirement of a veteran operator.

This position is for someone who knows forestry road building and takes pride in quality work in steep, remote terrain.

Position to start as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

– Forestry road construction and upgrades
– Working in remote, steep, wet, and rocky ground
– End haul, ditching, culvert installation, and final shaping
– Working independently and alongside foremen and ground crews
– Right of Way clearing and pilot trail
– Working around drilling and blasting
